3330k Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the 3330k platform and all of its services. The platform is operated by 3330k, which provides online gaming and sports betting services. The terms "platform", "site", or "service" in this document refer to all digital services offered by 3330k.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at 3330k, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and any other required details. 3330k reserves the right to cancel an account if the information provided at registration is found to be false or incorrect.

3.2 Identity Verification

To ensure security and prevent fraud, 3330k may request identity documents at any time. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 3330k support team immediately. 3330k will not be liable for any loss resulting from your negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on the 3330k platform are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. If the details provided at the time of deposit are incorrect, the transaction may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Terms

If evidence of fraudulent activity is found in any transaction, 3330k may cancel that transaction and suspend the account. For bank transfers, the account name must match the registered name.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3330k offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete wagers of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

• The bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Any attempt to claim the bonus using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• 3330k reserves the right to change the terms of promotional offers.
• VIP weekly cashback and other promotions carry their own terms, which are announced separately.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Valid Bets

All bets on the 3330k platform are recorded electronically. The ability to cancel a confirmed bet is limited — in sports betting, a bet cannot be cancelled after the event has started.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a software or network issue causes the result of a bet to be displayed incorrectly, 3330k may void the relevant round or bet and return the stake. In such cases, 3330k's decision is final.

6.3 Fraud and Manipulation

If any user attempts to gain an advantage by exploiting software errors, running bots, or any other dishonest means, their account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be considered void.

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

3330k believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial difficulty. In line with our Responsible Gaming Policy, users can set their own deposit limits, control session time, and request temporary or permanent self-exclusion if needed.

When a self-exclusion request is made, access to the account is blocked for the specified period. During this time, bonuses and promotional materials will not be sent. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately.

• Depositing or withdrawing funds belonging to a third party.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

3330k may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If false information provided at registration is proven.
• If the user is found to be under 21 years of age.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed, the user may request a return of any legitimate balance; however, this right may be limited where the account was closed due to a breach of these terms.
